Ric is the President of Walton Agency, Inc., one of the largest privately-owned independent insurance agencies in the United States. The Walton Agency, Inc. has grown from 6 people to the 45 people employed today, and generates over $70,000,000 in gross premiums.

Ric is also an active community promoter. He is committed to our community and encourages any of his employees to do the same. He has taken the time to serve on local boards and is firmly committed to giving back to the community through a variety of different organizations and charities.

Ric is a graduate of Western Michigan University, a licensed insurance counselor and the first recipient of Small Business Person of the Year. Ric was born and raised in Jackson and has three children and five grandchildren.
